One of Europe's biggest sporting events opened on 8th June 2012 in Warsaw, with the opening ceremony for Euro 2012 and the Group A match between hosts Poland and Greece. Days, weeks, months and even years of preparation were now culminating in the start of UEFA's flagship tournament and a look behind the scenes reveals the effort that goes into staging such an event at pitch level.
