The present work was carried out in a plastic house of the Agricultural Museum, Dokki, Cairo, Egypt during the two successive seasons of 1997 and 1998. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of urea and krystalon (19-19-19) fertilization on the growth and chemical composition of Epipremnum pinnatum "Aureum" plants. Rooted cuttings of Epipremnum pinnatum "Aureum" plant were grown in the plastic house and treated with four different levels of urea and krystalon (19-19-19). The levels used were O, 1,2, and, 3 g/l adding to the growth media every 10 days. The results appeared that using uria by 1.0 g/l or krystalon by 2.0 g/lit concentration resulted the significant effect on increasing plant height, leaf number, leaf length and width andstem diamter means of Epipremnum pinnatum "Aureum" plants. Using the same rates of urea or krystalon fertilizer increased also chlorophyll a,b and total chlorophyll contents as well as N.P.K., Soluble sugar, insoluble sugar and total sugar percentages in the leaves of Epipremnum pinnatum "Aureum" plants.
