Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc) said Wednesday that it has renewed a joint venture agreement for Abu Dhabi Gas Industries Co. (Gasco) with international partners Royal Dutch Shell, Total and Partex. The agreement extends the partnership for 20 years, effective Oct. 1, and allows the companies to continue developing gas onshore Abu Dhabi. The original 30-year joint venture deal was signed in 1978.
