The world needs an oil price floor of $60 per barrel and a ceiling of $75 to ensure a sustainable energy future, Eni boss Paolo Scaroni said in Vienna on Thursday.The Italian CEO also proposed that the world should look at mechanisms to enforce the price band - a suggestion that echoed views expressed by Russia earlier in the week that analysts then dismissed as "Soviet thinking."
