摘要

Increased heat and corrosion resistance requirements are laid down for mechanical rubber goods (MRGs) operating under conditions of elevated temperatures and exposure to corrosive media (hydrogen sulphide, sour crude oil, corrosion inhibitors, acids, alkalis). To manufacture such mechanical rubber goods, use is mainly made of filled rubber mixes based on nitrile butadiene rubbers with the use of oligoester acrylates as plasticisers [1]. From the viewpoint of the heat stability of mechanical rubber goods, the vulcanisation process for such rubber mixes with the use of peroxides is preferably sulphur vulcanisation, as in this case more stable carbon-carbon bonds are formed by comparison with mono- and polysulphide bonds between the rubber macromolecules.
