摘要

Hybrid composites material was fabricated by stacking carbon fiber reinforced plastic on CR340 (cold rolled) steel sheet to increase the specific strength and specific stiffness, compared to thick high strength steel or dual-phase steels. Among mechanical properties of hybrid composites, spring-back of CFRP/Steel composites is one of the most important issues. V-bending was conducted to measure spring-back of CFRP/CR340 composites according to process parameters such as punch pressure, punch radius, CFRP layers and steel's rolling direction. In this study, effect of these parameters on spring-back of CFRP/CR340 composites was investigated and discussed.
