摘要

A two-level tightened sampling inspection plan for continuous production exhibiting Markovian character has been noposed in this paper. The procedure of two-level tightened Continuous Sampling Plan (CSP) is given in Section-2. A two-state Maricov Chain (MC) Model in CSP with two assumptions has been proposed in Section-3. The Average Outgoing Quality (AOQ) linnula for any CSP is given in Section-4. Section-5 derives the expressions for AOQ and Operating Characteristic (OC) and a Iffocedure to obtainAOQL is furnished. In Section-6 suggestions have been made to a quality assurance practitioner to consider ie expected number of units passed in cycle j 0 = 1,2.....m) as lots of sizes N. and use Single Sampling Plan (SSP) for attributes in each lot to decide whether to accept or reject the jth lot with size N. to enhance the performance of a CSP (CSP-1) or Two level Tightened continuous sampling Plan (MLP - T - 2) or any other CSP for Markovian Manufacturing Processes (MMPs).
