Some new results on closed-loop stability in the presence of control saturation - Comment

In a paper by Lee and Hedrick (1995), some conditions for the global asymptotic stability of linear systems under saturating controls were presented as new. We show that most of the results of this paper are already well-known and published. Therefore they cannot be considered as new.
