JB Radiator Specialties not only fixes radiators, it manufactures them too

JB Radiator Specialties, Sacramento, Calif., is up to its filler neck in heavy-duty radiators. If the shop isn't repairing them, its offshoot company, Auto Core Radiator, is making them. The shop was opened by John Byrd more than 30 years ago, after working for General Radiator. The shop has been making a name for itself ever since. The manufacturing arm of the business opened about 10 years ago and Boyd, who is currently semi-retired, leaves the running of both facilities to Manager Barney Gonzales.
