Idiopathic interstitial pneumonias associated with lung cancer.

To the Editor We read with interest the report by Minegishi et al on the exacerbation of idiopathic interstitial pneumonias (IIPs) associated with lung cancer (1). The authors showed clinical features of 120 lung cancer patients with IIPs. However, they did not show the total number of lung cancer patients during study period.
