Keller HCW Universal Cutter Type 'S' with 5-fold Lateral Cutting Device and Electronic Chamfering Device

Continuously working cutters, where products are cut continuously from an extruded clay column, are part of the Keller HCW's traditional range of products. The "universal" type cutter has been further developed by using improved converter technology. Therefore, for any cutting length the optimum curve can be downloaded from the control system. Vertical cutting with 3 wires has been modified to lateral cutting with 5 wires. The advantages are short clamping length of wires, simplification of the electron cam disk (only one synchronising time for the cutting process). Table or wire lifting devices are no longer required.
