摘要

A sensitive resistive element based on copper-doped As{sub}20Se{sub}80 glasses for use in a temperature sensor is described. The sensitive element operates in a temperature range from -70 to + 70℃. Its electrical resistance is ~100 kΩ and linearly depends on the temperature. The sensitivity of the element is 1 kΩ/℃; the accuracy of temperature measurements is 0.01℃.
