Apatit increases capacity

Jt.St.Co. Apatit (Kirovsk city, Murmansk oblast, Russia) has begun construction and installation of equipment in the sixth section of its plant for drying apatite concentrate. The section is to be commissioned in July 2002, and will increase productivity of the company's No.3 concentrator (ANOF-3) from 2.5m. tpa of apatite concentrate to 4.2m. tpa.
