PotashCorp ups Sinofert stake

THE WORLD'S LEADING potash and fertiliser enterprise Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan Inc.(PotashCorp) is to increase its 9.99% stake in Sinochem Hong Kong Holdings Ltd (Sinofert) to 20%.As such,PotashCorp is exercising the 10.01% option it agreed in June last year,when it purchased its initial holding in the company.
