FOLLOWING CONFIRMATION OF Nordic's takeover of Keliber -the Finland based potential spodumene (and Li carbonate) producer - the company announced further details on its production plans for the project which cost Nordic 816,000 euros cash up front, 5.1m. shares for Keliber (worth NOK1.53 or 0.29 dollars each). In addition, two cash instalments are to be paid by Nordic to Keliber: 768,000 euros in April 2009; and 816,000 euros on Li plant commissioning. The total cash value of the deal could reach 3.32 million euros.
