IFGL buys Monocon International

IFGL Refractories Ltd, of India, has acquired the business of UK-based Monocon International Refractories Ltd and Monocon Overseas Ltd. IFGL had entered into a non-binding heads of agreement with Monocon Holdings Ltd regarding the buy on 8 August 2005, from which date due diligence was implemented, concluding in the closing of the transaction on 10 September.
