Subsolidus thermometry of ordinary chondrites

摘要

Subsolidus thermometry of twenty equilibrated ordinary chondrites from the registered collection of Geological Survey of India infers higher equilibration temperature for the L (LL) - group (803 ℃ - 892℃ ) compared to those of H- group (707℃ -835℃ ) and progressive increase of equilibration temperature which lies within ± 100℃ , increases from petrologic type 5 to type 6 for both the groups.
