Fundamental Viticulture: Tannin research in Washington, USA

A COMPONENT OF THE GWRDC-funded project examining the Management and Manipulation of Winegrape Tannins at DPI-Mildura involves collaboration with a number of other tannin research groups, both nationally and internationally. Recently, Dr. Mark Downeyfrom DPI-Mildura spent a number of weeks working with fellow researchers in the USA, including Dr. Jim Harbertson, from Washington State University (WSU).
