摘要

10-Substituted-6H,7H-indolo[2,3-c]isoquinoliln-5-thiones 2a-c are reacted with hydrazine hydrate to yield the correspnding 5-hydrazino-10-substituted-7H-indolo[2,3-c]isoquinolines 3a-c.These hydrazine son cyclodehydration with acetyl acetone,ethyl acetoacetate and arylidene acetophenones in acidic medium furnish the respecitve pyrazoles 4a-c,pyrazolones 5a-c and 3,5-disulbstituted pyrazolines 6a-c.These previously unknown compounds have been screened for their antimicrobial,analgesic and antiinflammatory activities.
