V-LOGK MODULAR System for automation

Metal Work UK's V-Lock Modular System is a solution for automation which can literally connect anything to anything. However, what is it about V-Lock that makes it so innovative? Users designing and building assembly machines have to choose and customise various components including slides, grippers, actuators and rotary units. These components have to be combined to obtain the desired movements on the machine, but component fixing systems rarely combine with those of the components themselves. It is therefore necessary to design, build and develop custom-made adaptors to connect these components together and fix them to the machine. All this requires considerable time plus money and often these adaptors will only be used once for a single application. This is where V-Lock comes in.
