Certified used sales rebound in 2010; more gains expected

After declining in 2009, sales of certified used vehicles rebounded last year. Joe Spina, an analyst at Edmunds, says the poor economic outlook, especially at the beginning of last year, created a "substitution effect"; many shoppers who usually buy new vehicles bought used ones instead.
