THE ELECTRONIC materials market is growing steadily worldwide as businesses become more globalized and connected.Electronic chemical demand in the US is projected to increase 7.7% annually from 2005 to 2010 when it will reach 6.3bn,according to a report from Freedonia Group,a Cleveland,Ohio-based market research company.Gains will be boosted by strong growth in chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) slurries,advanced photoresists and low-k dielectric materials.
