Optimal unbiased linear functional estimation under conditions of uncertainty

A method has been developed for the optimal unbiased estimation of a linear functional, which has the property of regularity in relation to the singular errors of a given class. Upper bounds are obtained for the systematic error. An illustrative example is given.
