Did you get a fungicide recommendation from any of the following: A store agronomist; A private consultant; Dept of Ag adviser; A friend; The newspaper; The front bar of the local; or combinations of any of these...? Do spray! Don't spray! Do spray, but don't spray yet! Use Triad at 1.0 L per hectare! Don't use Triad, use propiconazole (Bumper/Throttle/Tilt) at 300 ml per hectare. Don't use propiconazole, use tebuconazole (Folicur), it's much cheaper, Don't useany of the weaker fungicides, you need TiltXtra. You could have used Triad or propiconazole a month ago, but now you need Opus. You don't need anything as expensive as Opus, just use a higher rate of one of the cheaper ones... and so it went on.
