Cotton woven fabric imports in February recorded a record low level,falling below 30 million/sq/meter for the first time in 21 years,according to the statistics issued by the Ministry of Finance.It turned out that the purchases made in January led to the accumulation of stocks and domestic apparel manufacturers are in a very severe condition.
