Ineos raises stake in UK’s Clipper South

European petrochemicals company Ineos’ stake in the UK’s Clipper South gas field will rise to 75pc, following its agreement to buy 25pc from domestic independent Fairfield Energy. The move comes shortly after an announcement that Ineos is purchasing the UK field portfolio of Russian-owned oil and gas producer Dea, which includes a 50pc interest in Clipper South.
