Keeper Resources has been sanctioned to assign its 25% interest in block 124 in the Phu Khanh Basin, offshore Vietnam to Pogo, in return for a 5% gross overriding royalty (GOR). A previous PSC gave Keeper a 25% working interest and Pogo 75% and, concurrent with the signing, Keeper entered into an agreement with Pogo in which Keeper's 25% interest was to be acquired by Pogo in return for a5%GOR.
