PS prices forecast to be soft on weak demand

ASIAN POLYSTYRENE (PS) and expandable PS prices and margins looked set to remain soft in Q4 due to plunging Chinese demand. According to two Northeast Asian (NEA) producers,the decline in Chinese demand had forced them to reduced operating rates substantially.
