7 June.Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (PCS) said it would purchase a 9.99% interest in Sinochem's fertiliser business.PCS said its investment was subject to the fulfilment of various conditions,including completion of the reorganisation and a securities offering,which is expected to occur in July.It said it would also hold an option to purchase another 10.01% interest in the next three years.The cost of the initial investment had not been determined,it added.
