3 June.Lanxess is to re-align its styrenics and fine chemicals businesses in Dormagen,Germany,and Tarragona,Spain,through a 150m (US188m) restructuring plan involving the loss of at least 960 jobs and the closure of several fine chemicals,plants.Thetwo-(and-a-half year restructuring programme is aimed at achieving annual savings of about 100m from 2008.
