Lg international (LGI) emerged last week as a possible investor in state-owned Oman Oil's cracker project in SDohar, Oman, ACN was told. The project is expected to produce at least 800 000 tonne/year of ethylene. A source from LGI said preliminary talks have been held with Oman Oil, but he stressed that they are at a very early stage.
