摘要

A solution of 2'-hydroxy-5'chloro-4-methoxy-#alpha#,#beta#-dibromochalcone, 2'-hydroxy-5'-chloro-#alpha#,#beta#-dibromchalcome, 2'-hydroxy-5'-chloro-3'-bromo-4-methoxy-#alpha#, #beta#-dibromochalcone, 2'hydroxy-5'-chloro-3'-bromo-#alpha#, #beta#-dibromochalcone, 2'-hydroxy-5'chloro-3'-nitro-4-methoxy-#alpha#,#beta#-dibromochalcone in acetic acid was refluxed for 1 h,affords substituted-3-bromoflavanone. These compounds are tested against test organismm Staphylococous aureus, Streptococus pyogenes,S. agalactiae,S. faecalis, Corynebacterium ulcerans, C.minatissimum, Clostridium septicum, Clostridium tetani and Escherichia coli.The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) values were determined by using serial dilution method.
