3rd Water Middle East 2005 concludes with flying colours

For the third consecutive year, the Kingdom of Bahrain played host to the Water Middle East 2005 which is one of the region's leading international exhibition and conference for water technology. The event, held from 14-16 November at the Bahrain Exhibition Centre, has already established itself as a prominent platform to promote the global exchange of know-how on water and energy technology. Water Middle East 2005 highlighted the technological, managerial and operational aspects of the water sectorin the region where water is its most valued resources. In particular, it reviewed the current condition of the water sector in these areas, future trends, constraints, opportunities and policies required for their advancement. Aside from countries fromthe Middle East, representatives also came from India, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Austria, Italy, Russia, Australia and the US.
