The conference, eponymous, was organized by SIA ("Societe des Ingenieurs de l'Auto-mobile"), at INSA ("Institut Superieur des Sciences Appliquees") school in Rouen, in partner-ship with the MOV'EO cluster, the Universitat of Karlsruhe, the University of London and the Polytechnico of Torino.
