This issue of Animal Biotechnology contains abstracts of papers and poster presentations given at this symposium on transgenic animals and food production. The papers mainly cover the production of transgenic farm livestock, poultry and fish. Two papers deals with ethics, risk and consumer acceptance in relation to transgenics.
