Dependence of Uric Acid Content in Stored Grain on the Population Density of the Rice Weevil Sitophilus oryzae (L.) (Coleoptera, Dryophthoridae)

Experimental research demonstrated a positive linear correlation between the amount of uric acid, accumulated in stored wheat grain because of vital activity of the rice weevil Sitophilus oryzae , and the density of these weevils in grain.
