摘要

The single-well potential stochastic resonance algorithm is applied to enhance signal-to-noise ratio of chromatographic signals for trace analysis.Compared with the bistable well potential system,the single-well simplifies the algorithm since only one system parameter is involved and optimized.Using the signals enhanced by single-well potential stochastic resonance,the method extended the limit of detection and the limit of quantification of Sudan IV from 0.03 and 0.1 mu g/ml to 0.008 and 0.02 mu g/ml respectively,and exhibited good linearity,accuracy,and precision,which ensure an accurate determination of the analyte.
