Norway concerned about field delays

London—Pressure is mounting on oil producers to develop existing fields and stop delays to new ones, or resources could be lost for good and future production affected. Companies have become increasingly concerned over the recent oil price plunge and have begun to cut billions off planned spending. Major projects have now been delayed or even cancelled, more are in the firing line and the government has lately been reacting with growing concern.
