The development of the equipment to diagnose the insulation of the live low-voltage circuits

We developed the equipment which diagnoses the insulation of the live low-voltage circuits in the electric power equipment of such as a factory, a building, a railway, water service and sewage works, and public facilities. This paper describes the outline of the equipment.
