Reading e-journal article pdf files--turn your laptop into an electronic book.

If you are reading this letter on the screen of your laptop computer, and are frustrated at being unable to see a whole journal page on your screen and the endless scrolling up and down, try a change in your point of view. Download and save the journal articles you want as pdf files. Use "Adobe Acrobat Reader" to open a file you want to read. Select the View menu Rotate View option to turn the view of the file through 90 degrees on your screen. I use counterclockwise (Shift +Ctrl+Minus) just because where my power cable plug is located makes it more convenient. Now select the View menu option Full Screen (Ctrl+L). Finally TURN your laptop through 90 degrees, rest it in your lap, and read Anaesthesia and Intensive Care like a real journal again, whole page by whole page by pushing the Enter key.
