摘要

Changes in phospholipid composition of leaves, coleoptiles and mesocotyles of etiolated maize seedlings were studied during the low temperature adaptation. It has been shown that accumulation of the main groups of phospholipids in leaves, coleoptiles and mesocotyles takes place as a consequence of low temperature acclimation. The relationship between the increase of phospholipids amount and that of the resistance of each separate organ to low temperature influence have been observed. Data obtained show the great importance of changes in phospholipid composition in low temperature adaptation on the early stages of plant ontogenesis.
