摘要

Activity dinamics and isoenzyme composition of #alpha#-amylase in suspension culture of rice scutellum (Oryza sativa L.) were stadied. It has been shown that the level of the enzyme activation depends on sucrose concentration in the medium, relevant to cell growth stages and the content of soluble proteins. As it has been established by native electrophoresis, fast elevation of #alpha#-amylase activity in sucrose-exhausted medium took place due to the induction of synthesis of some of its isoenzymes. The data might point to the existance of different control mechanisms of isoform activities for #alpha#-amylase in rice.
