Influence of exogenous phytohormones on age-related changes of the cut flower tissues in the hybrid fleur-del-lis and the level of cytokinins and abscisic acid in its perianth

We studied the effect of 6-benzylaminopurine and indolylacetic and abscisic acids on age-related changes in the cut flower of the fleur-de-lis and the state of membraned and endogenous levels of cytokinins and abscisic acid in the perianth tissues. These hormones were shown to undergo changes during aging of the fleur-de-lis perianth. It has been proposed that the positive effect of 6-benzylaminopurine is related to an increased content of endogenous cytokinins in the perianth tissues and to their positive influence on the state of membraned. We present the results of testing of some protective solutions on the viability of cut generative shoots of the fleurde-lis.
