摘要

Present status and future prospect of "the Next Generation Solar Cells" such as optical-rectenna, organic photovoltaics, dye-sensitized solar cells, organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells, photovoltaic effects of BiFeO_3, CdTe thin film solar cells, Cu(In_(1-x)Ga_x)Se_2, Cu_2ZnSnS_4 and Cu_2ZnSnS_xSe_(4-x) thin film solar cells were overviewed.
