High-temperature testing of heat-insulating refractory materials for thermal conduction

摘要

A unit for determination of the heat conductance in heat- insulating refractories using measuring cross within the range of 20-1 000°C is developed at the D. I. Mendeleev Russian Chemical Technological University. The results of testing obtainedby the steady-flow method and by the hot wire method (ISO 8894-1:1987 (E)) differ no more than by 12%.
