摘要

Bi2{sub}O{sub}3 - Er{sub}2O{sub}3 - CeO{sub}2 systems are studied in air using impulse high-current cathodoluminescence at room temperature. New centers of luminescence most probably attributed to cationic vacancies and to anionic vacancy inCeO{sub}2-containing system are found. Dependence of the luminescence parameters is not a monotone function of the system composition. It is assumed that an abrupt change in the parameters is attributed to phase transition in the system at a certaincomposition.
