Smart Monitoring System for Apartments

In apartments there are many over usage of water are taking place so there will be the scarcity of water will occur and they are not able to use correct amount of water for their needs. This project is useful for the apartments which facing water scarcity due to over usage of water We proposed the automatic control system to control the over usage of water. Here in this system we are using flow meter, control valve, to control the over usage of water. At first we fix the flow meter and control valve in main pipe. The flow meter will measure the amount of water to be given to a family. If the water flow exceeds the set point value then the water flow will cutoff. If the user needs to continue the water supply they will able to continue but they need to pay fine amount for the extra usage of electricity beyond the free consumption limit given by the government and the gas leakage alerting circuit is also provided in this system. The proposed system will reduce the water scarcity due to the over usage of water. Water is the basic need for our life. To aid this life threatening situation we hereby propose smart monitoring system for apartments.
