In the concluding remarks of “Egalitarianism and Moral Bioenhancement,” Robert Sparrow writes, “Should moral bioenhancement prove possible it would necessarily involve the state in a controversial moral perfectionism and might justify political privileges for the morally enhanced that egalitarians would deplore” (Sparrow 2014, 27). This commentary argues that we have reason to reject this conclusion and will point out on a different concern egalitarians might have regarding moral bioenhancement (MB).
