Seadrill and Field Offshore Design Engineering Nigeria have won one of the major development contracts off West Africa for a newbuild drillship for ExxonMobil's Erha North Phase 2 project. The West Saturn drillship has been given a US $497m two year contract with an option for one more year. The vessel is currently under construction at Samsung Heavy Industries with expected delivery next month.
