Vioco Petroleum is to rebid its Gazelle shallow water platform project off Cote d'lvoire to take advantage of falling costs. Cash-starved Australian minnow Azonto Petroleum became a minority partner in Vioco after Vitol bought in last year and the pair had hoped to make a final investment decision later this quarter.
